LOGGING IN AND ACCESSING YOUR ACCOUNT

LOGGING IN


Easily access your account on desktop or mobile by logging in from the homepage.

  • You can also log in using your fingerprint or face recognition on your mobile device. You’ll need to first set up biometric passwords on your device settings. The SchoolsFirst FCU app will then prompt you to enable Fingerprint or Face ID log in the next time you open the app.
  • Log out using the button in the top-right corner of the screen. On your phone, select the profile icon in the top right-corner and tap Logout, which is the last option on the menu.

RETRIEVING & RESETTING PASSWORDS


If you would like to reset your password or username, select the Forgot Username or Forgot Password link.

  • For a forgotten username, we’ll confirm your identity by asking you for your Member Number, Social Security Number (or Tax ID) and your date of birth. If you need to reset your password, we will send you a One-Time Passcode to your contact method of choice.
  • A One-Time Passcode ensures the safety of your account. We will contact you via text message or email to verify your identity and provide you with the passcode. Follow the prompts, and you’ll be able to access your account in no time. If you have selected email as your contact method, please be sure to check your spam folder.

Tip: Select Remember This Device to avoid using a one-time pass code to log in if this is a device you plan to use in the future.
